Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Fortune Master Referral Program (the “Referral Program”). By participating in the Referral Program, you (“Participants”, "participant", or “your”) agree to be bound by these Referral Terms, the General Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable policies or rules published by Fortune Master (“FortuneMaster.io”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Project”), all of which operate concurrently and form part of a single binding agreement.

1) ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1. Participation in the Referral Program is available only to registered FortuneMaster.io users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

1.2. Fortune Master reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any participant’s access to the Referral Program at any time.

1.3. Participation does not create any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between the participant and Fortune Master.

2) DEFINITION OF VERIFIED REFERRALS

2.1. Referral rewards are generated exclusively from “Verified Referrals”.

2.2. A referral shall be deemed verified only if the referred user:

1. Registers through the participant’s unique referral link; and

2. Verify their account by linking a valid phone number to their account.

2.3. Fortune Master reserves the right to modify verification requirements at any time without prior notice.

3) REFERRAL COMMISSION STRUCTURE

3.1. Participants may earn a revenue share calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated by Verified Referrals.

3.2. The applicable commission percentage is determined by the total qualifying spend generated by the participant's Verified Referral Network during the preceding ninety (90) days. Qualifying spend is calculated on a rolling basis, meaning transactions older than ninety (90) days will no longer count toward commission tier calculations. The applicable commission tiers are as follows:

3.3. Commission tiers, percentages, qualifying spend requirements, and calculation methods may be amended, modified, suspended, or discontinued by Fortune Master at any time and at its sole discretion.

4) REFERRAL REWARDS

4.1. Revenue Share Payments

4.1.1. Revenue share rewards are accrued based on qualifying purchases made by Verified Referrals.

4.1.2. For accounting purposes, revenue share rewards are calculated using the United States Dollar (USD) equivalent value of each qualifying transaction at the time such transaction occurs.

4.1.3. Accrued rewards are tracked using their USD-equivalent value solely for the purpose of determining payout eligibility and commission calculations. Such USD-equivalent values do not constitute a cash balance, deposit, or obligation to pay United States Dollars.

4.1.4. Once a participant's accrued rewards for a particular token reach a minimum payout threshold of twenty-five United States Dollars (USD $25), calculated in accordance with Section 4.1.2, the participant may claim the corresponding reward payment.

4.1.5. All revenue share payments shall be made in the applicable blockchain token associated with the underlying qualifying transaction, including but not limited to ETH, POL, or BNB. Revenue share payments shall not be made in fiat currency, stablecoins, or any other asset unless expressly determined otherwise by Fortune Master.

4.1.6. The amount of tokens paid to a participant shall be based on the rewards accrued from qualifying transactions and shall not be adjusted to reflect subsequent market price fluctuations occurring after the qualifying transaction was recorded.

4.1.7. Fortune Master makes no representations or guarantees regarding payment timing, availability, continuity, or future referral earnings.

4.1.8. Fortune Master reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or remove payout thresholds, payment procedures, and claiming requirements at any time and in its sole discretion.

4.2. Fortune Gems

4.2.1. Participants may earn Fortune Gems based on their applicable referral tier.

4.2.2. Fortune Gems are promotional in nature and subject to modification, limitation, or discontinuation at any time.

4.3. Premium Spins

4.3.1. Participants may receive Premium Spins for the Fortune Wheel based on referral activity and tier level.

4.3.2. Premium Spins may award various promotional items, including credits, gems, Draw NFTs, or other rewards, subject to availability.

4.3.3. No reward outcome is guaranteed.

5) PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

5.1. In order to claim or receive any referral reward payments, the participant must maintain a verified Fortune Master account. Verification requirements are determined by Fortune Master and may include, but are not limited to, linking a valid phone number and completing any applicable account verification procedures.

5.2. Participants who have not completed the required verification process may continue to accrue referral rewards where otherwise eligible; however, no referral reward payments shall be released until the participant's account has been successfully verified.

5.3. Participants are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid blockchain address.

5.4. Fortune Master is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect, inaccessible, or compromised wallet addresses provided by the participant.

5.5. Payment delays may occur due to network congestion, gas fees, maintenance, or other technical factors.

5.6. Fortune Master reserves the right to withhold, suspend, deny, or cancel any referral reward payment where it reasonably believes that verification requirements have not been satisfied or where fraud, abuse, or circumvention of the Referral Program is suspected.

6) PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND ABUSE

6.1. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute referral abuse:

1. Self-referrals or circular referrals.

2. Creation or use of multiple accounts.

3. Automated, deceptive, or misleading promotional practices.

4. Exploitation of system errors or vulnerabilities.

5. Any conduct intended to manipulate referral rewards.

6.2. Fortune Master reserves the right to treat any such conduct as fraud or abuse.

6.3. Where abuse or fraud is identified, Fortune Master may, in its sole discretion:

1. Terminate the participant’s account(s);

2. Void pending or accrued referral rewards;

3. Confiscate existing balances and bonuses.

7) MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

7.1. We may update or revise these Referral Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review these Referral Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Referral Terms.

7.2. Fortune Master may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

7.3. Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee ongoing availability or future rewards.

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortune Master shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with participation in the Referral Program, including but not limited to system failures, smart contract errors, network issues, or discontinued rewards.
